Zeita Hogan

Zeita Hogan of Enterprise, Alabama passed away on Friday, October 8, 2021.  She was 87.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Providence Baptist Church in Clayhatchee, Alabama with Reverend Tony Deese and Reverend Sam Tate officiating.  The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 10:00 a.m. and continue until the time of service.  Burial will follow at the First Baptist Church of Level Plains Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home directing.  Visitation will be at Sorrells Funeral Home in Enterprise on Monday, October 11, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Mrs. Hogan was born in Dale County, Alabama on October 9, 1933 to the late J. L. “Buck” and Ruby Grantham.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Wayne Hogan; two grandsons, Gregory Allen Wilkes and Matthew Stephen Pine; and brothers, Joe Tom Grantham and Zack Lamar Grantham.

Survivors include her sons, Roger Hogan (Brenda) and Mark Hogan, both of Level Plains; daughters, Vicky Dublar (Steve) of Fayetteville, Tennessee, Cindy Thompson (Ronnie) of Level Plains, and Lisa Mullins (John) of Hartford; two sisters, Pauline Strickland of Level Plains and Virginia Rushing (Eddie) of Opelika; eleven grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
