Wayne Key

Wayne Key of Chancellor passed away Friday, February 14, 2020. He was 68.

A Memorial service will be Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Sorrells Funeral Home in Enterprise.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 9:30 a.m. and continuing until time of service.

Wayne was born January 18, 1952 in Geneva, Alabama to the late David and Willamae Key.  He was preceded in death by his sister, Shirley Key.

He is survived by his children, Wayne Key, Jr. (Danielle) of Copperas Cove, TX; Chitinia Key Cannon (Samuel) of Chancellor, AL; Christopher D. Key (Sukeeta) of Killeen, TX and Patrick E. Key (Brittany) of Daleville, AL; nephew, Tony Key; brothers, James Horace of Ft. Rucker, AL and David Lee Key, Jr. of Chancellor, AL; sisters, Loriane Reynolds of Daleville, AL, Diane Butts of Chancellor, AL and Bessie Lawson of Daleville, AL; grandchildren:  Emmanuel Key, Jayren, Key, Josiah Key, Krishonda Key, Deshawn Cannon, Terrence Cannon, Alyxus Key, Jada Key, Dominik Key and Ava Grace Key; great-grandchildren:  Amariah Key, Levi Dardin-Key, Jayden Key, Michael Miles, Jr. and Tao Key; and a host of nieces and nephews.
