Steve Meline Obituary

CW5 Steve A. Meline (Retired), died on Sunday the 17th of September 2023 at Flowers Hospital; he was 75 years old.

Memorial services with military honors will be at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery Military cemetery 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209 with US Army Chaplain officiating. Sorrells Funeral Home and Crematory of Enterprise is in charge of arrangements. Details to follow.

Steve was born January 30, 1948, in Kansas to the late Ralph and Dorothy Meline. He loved his family and country, but flying was his life! He stepped off the aircraft for the last time at the age of 70 having flown for 28 plus years active duty and 17 years as a contractor.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years Song Meline, daughter Holly Meline of Memphis TN, sons Denny Meline (Celina) of McAllen TX and Bobby Meline (Elizabeth) of College Station TX. Three sisters Lynda Robinson (Dave), Brenda Dupre (Peter), and Renae Olsen (Wayne). Five grandchildren Julia, Brian, Victoria, Jade, and Gavin.
