Kerry Adkins

Kerry Adkins of New Brockton passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021.  He was 57.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Sorrells Funeral Home in Enterprise.  Visitation will be at Sorrells Funeral Home on Friday, October 15, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Kerry was born in Texas on September 27, 1964 to the late Kenneth and Margaret Adkins.  Kerry was a man who loved his family, grandchildren, his dog who has passed away, Addie Mae, and everyone.  When he loved he loved big.  In his free time he enjoyed going to the lake and the mountains.  Kerry was an avid NASCAR and Alabama football fan.

Survivors include his wife of eleven years, Tammie Adkins of New Brockton; children, Shelby Adkins of New Brockton, Casey Olson (Hunter) of Rosemount, Minnesota, Summer Powell (Drew) of Loxley, Alabama, Wade Turner (Tiffany) of Loxley, Alabama, and Zach Thomas (Juliana) of Silver Hill, Alabama; brother, Duane Adkins (Stacey) of New Brockton; sisters, Carol Odom (Ron) of Enterprise, and Victoria Becker (Zach) of Elba; six grandchildren, Hunter, Madison, Lexie, Corey, Bailey, and Emma; and several nieces and nephews.
