Juanita Jeanette Bass of Enterprise, Alabama passed away Thursday, July 20, 2023 in Dothan, Alabama. She was 88.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 am on Monday, July 24, 2023 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory in Enterprise with Reverend Slade Stinson officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, July 24, 2023 beginning at 9:00 am and continuing until service time.
Jeanette was born October 21, 1934 to the late Daniel and Buena Cogburn Barnes.
Survivors include her husband of 71 years Harold Bass, one son, Eddie Bass (Maureen); grandchildren: Christina B. Colley (Ed), Amanda Miller (Daniel); great-grandchildren: Carlie Morris, Wyatt Timms, Madilyn Timms.
