Willie Ray (Jackson) Rogers

Willie Ray Rogers of Daleville passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021.  She was 79.

A graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 26, 2021 at Union Grove Cemetery in Enterprise with Sorrells Funeral Home directing.

Willie was born in Florida on March 3, 1942 to the late Charles and Alice Jackson.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Charles Rogers; and several siblings.  Willie enjoyed poetry, song writing, cooking and animals.  She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Survivors include her partner of more than 10 years, Ronald F. Harrison; sons, William Curtis Goss of Wicksburg, AL and James Ray Goss (Shirley) of Ozark, AL; daughter, Velisha Hodge (Mark) of Enterprise, AL; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
