William J Cannon

William J. Cannon of Enterprise, AL passed away on Monday, August 2, 2021. He was 80.

Memorialization will be by cremation.

William was born on April 25, 1941, to the late B.C. “Boots” and Tinnie Jaquess Cannon.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Earnest Cannon and J.B. Cannon; and sisters, Lottie Mae Nieters, Ruby Dutton, Catherine Cannon, and Marie Cannon.

He retired from the United States Army as a CW4 and continued working in Civil Service.  William loved puzzles and, as a younger man, wood working.

Survivors include his loving wife of 37 years, Linda Cannon; sons, Jackie Lynn Cannon (Ashley), William Joseph Paisley, both of Alabama, and James Nichols Paisley of Washington; daughters, Teresa Cauley (Mike) of Alabama, and Tisha Lynn Tate (Stanley) of Westville, Florida; brothers, Jimmy Earl Cannon and Frank Cannon of Alabama; and grandchildren, Asiana Desiré Paisley and Ashton Dane Paisley.
