Wanda Lynn Mote

Wanda Lynn Mote, of Enterprise, passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Troy Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was 59. Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 21, 2018 at Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory in Enterprise with Dr. John Granger and Rev. Randall Pearson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday beginning at 1:00 and continuing until service time. Wanda was born July 12, 1959 to the late James Harold Grimes and Willie Dell Adkison Grimes. She was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, her husband, Emmett Mote, and her sister, Sylvia Grimes preceded her in death. Survivors include three children: Justin Mote (Shelby), Amanda Mock, and Robert Mote (Crystal), all of Enterprise; two sisters: Roberta Kelley (Dennis) of Smith Station and Stacy Johnson (Barrie) of Enterprise; brother, Dale Grimes (Wendy) of Chancellor; four grandchildren: Andrew Hughes, Savanna Hughes, Asia Boyd, and Alyssa Mote; several nieces and nephews.
