Vickie Lee Colon

Vickie Lee Colon, 70, of Enterprise, passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2018. Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 30, 2018 at St. John Catholic Church with Father Zachary Greenwell officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory directing. The family will receive friends Thursday, November 29, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary being said at 7:30 p.m. at Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory in Enterprise. Vickie was born September 8, 1948, in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was a member of St John Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Ernest Engels and Bill and Mary Sue Wilson; grandson, Austin James Eagen. Survivors include her husband of 23 years, Cesar Colon Chardon of Enterprise; six children: Susan Renee Barrett (DJ) of Dawsonville, GA, Donald Anthony Eagen (Deborah) of Birmingham, Ralph James Eagen Jr. (Rebecca) of Cumming, GA, Lisa Marie Colon Serrano, Cesar Colon Serrano, and Lourdes Maria Huggins; sister, Patricia Ann Sheldon (Tony) of Centerville, GA; fourteen grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one niece; and one nephew. The family thanks Covenant Hospice for their loving, compassionate care.
