Tina Marie Spicer

Tina M. Spicer, age 43, of New Brockton, Alabama, passed away on October 23, 2025.

Born and raised in Coffee County, Tina lived a life filled with the simple joys of the outdoors — fishing, riding four-wheelers, spending time outside and watching the races. But above all those pursuits, nothing brought her greater happiness than spending time with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents; her maternal grandfather; her aunts, Nancy Spicer and Teresa Scott; and her uncle, James Parrish.

She is survived by her children, Destiny Spicer, Tayler Whitley, Terry “TJ” Whitley (Jacy Phillips), and Kylie Lindsey; her parents, Jaye “Bo” Spicer (Robon Grimm) and Peggy Parrish; her grandchildren, Tryston and Everlynn; and her faithful dog, Liz.

Services to celebrate Tina’s life will be held in the chapel of Sorrels Funeral Home on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 2:00 PM, with Pastor Rodney Anderson officiating. Sorrells Funeral Home is directing.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the American Heart Association by mailing checks or money orders payable to “American Heart Association” PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692.
