Thomas "Tom" Eric Carmichael

Mr. Thomas “Tom” Eric Carmichael passed away Saturday, May 9, 2026, at his residence in Enterprise. He was 72 years old.

No public services will be held.

Thomas was born in Enterprise, Alabama, on June 19, 1953, to the late Billy and Marion Carmichael. Thomas was a social butterfly. He found joy any time he was cooking and entertaining for his friends and family, or on the water fishing.

He is survived by his sons, Eric Carmichael and Bill Carmichael (Stephanie), both of Enterprise; daughter, Melissa Meadows (Dusty); mother of his children, Susan Carmichael; sister, Virginia Martin; and four grandchildren, Layla Carmichael, Roxanne Carmichael, Luke Meadows, and Myles Meadows.

He loved his family dearly, and he will be greatly missed by them all.
