Steve H. Resteivo

Steve Resteivo of Enterprise, Alabama, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 30, 2026. He was 83 years old.

Memorial services with full military honors will be held on June 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise with Reverend Philip B. Box officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service.

A Celebration of Life will be held in his honor after the services at his home in Enterprise, Alabama. Lunch will be provided, and guests are welcome to bring a dish. Please contact the family directly for address and further details.

Steve was born on October 27, 1942, in Bratt, Florida. He is preceded in death by his parents, Courtland and Inez Rose. He lived a life defined by service, love, and endless energy. He was a man of many hats, from his 22-year career in the Air Force to running his own business, volunteering countless hours in the community, working as a teacher and even taking on roles like driving for DoorDash and other entrepreneurial adventures. A true extrovert, he possessed a deeply giving heart and found his greatest joy in connecting with people and hosting gatherings.

Survivors include his wife, Jessica Resteivo; four daughters, Lisa Patricia (Jeffrey) of Corona, California, Tina Resteivo of Alexandria City, Alabama, Kimberly Resteivo of Lucedale, Mississippi, and Rebecca Resteivo of Moss Point, Mississippi; 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and a large circle of friends who were loved like family.
