Shelby Ann Charette

Shelby Ann Charette, of Enterprise, passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2019. She was 80. A memorial service was held Sunday, March 10, 2019 at Enterprise Health and Rehabilitation Center. Shelby was born March 18, 1938. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Charette; and her parents, Vastine and Annie Ruth Miller Grant. Survivors include her children: Deborah McDonald (Barry) of Collierville, TN, Shelia Griffith (Drew) of Birmingham, AL, and Randell Jones (Teresa) of Lynn Haven, FL; two sisters: Rose Gladwell (Jack) of Evergreen, AL, and Hilda Fowler (Gale) of Georgiana, AL; brother, Wendell Grant of Enterprise, AL; grandchildren: Jennifer Elliott (Kenneth) of Collierville, TN, Barry McDonald Jr. (Kristy) of St. Petersburg, FL, Kristen McLain (Shawn) of Destin, FL, Daniel Payne of St. Petersburg, FL, Charles Payne (Leslie) of Prattville, AL, Whitney Griffith of Prattville, AL, Ashley Jones of Lynn Haven, FL, and Charles Jones Jr. (Kayla) of Goldsboro, NC; eight great-grandchildren (plus a ninth on the way); several nieces and nephews, including a very special niece, Wendy, who helped care for her.
