Sharon Griffin Short

Sharon Griffin Short, of Enterprise, Alabama passed away Friday, February 3, 2023, at Flowers Hospital at the age of 79.

Mrs. Short will be memorialized by cremation with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise serving the family.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years Gale Brent Short, Sr., her parents and five sisters and one brother. Survivors include her children Cheryl (Rocky) Reid of Liberty, MS; Tammy (Randy) Brooks of Zachary, LA; Kelli Maddie (Ronnie) Cothern of Central, LA; Gale “Mickey” Brent Short Jr. of Central, LA; Holly (Nick) Gatewood of Enterprise, AL; Jill Lowman of DeFuniak Springs, FL; and Sissy (Mike) Jones of Virginia. Grandchildren Nathan (Renee), April (Clint), Brandi (Daniel), Tyler, Taylor (Anthony), Dalton, Gale Brent III, Trent, Meghan (Aidan), Emma, Haleigh (Ryan), Dylan, Hannah; Great Grand Children Kaylee (Zach), Tyler, Hunter, Jordan, Kamryn, Hudson, Grayson, Griffin, Bentley, Leighton, Madyson, Kade; and two Great Great Grandchildren; McKynna, Waylon; and her special furry companion LuLu.
