Sarah N. Cooper

Sarah N. Cooper of New Brockton passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2021. She was 81.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise with Reverend Mike Medley officiating.  Burial will follow in the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday beginning at 1:00 p.m. and continuing until service time.

Sarah was born June 1, 1940, in Coffee County to the late John B. and Katreen Watson.  She is survived by her children, Steve Cooper (Jeanette) of Enterprise; Jerry “Cleve” Cooper (Connie) of New Brockton; Angie Cox (Roger) of Johnson City, TN; Kim Gilley (Tim) of Enterprise; sister, Jean Sowell (Mark) of Stone Mountain, GA; eight grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren with one blessing on the way; and numerous nieces and nephews.
