Roy Eugene Young

Roy Eugene Young, of Enterprise, Alabama, passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2019. He was 79. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 2, 2019 at Sorrells Funeral Home in Enterprise. The family will begin receiving friends at the funeral home beginning at 10:00 a.m. and continuing until time of service. A graveside service will follow at Fort Gaines City Cemetery in Georgia at 2:00 p.m. (EST) with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory directing. Roy is preceded in death by his parents, Leroy Dean and Fannie Frances Young. Mr. Young is survived by his wife, Anna Kelley Young; sons, Roy Franklin Young (Connie) of Bainbridge, GA and Charles Eugene Young (Amy) of Damascus, GA; daughter, Rose Hamilton of Enterprise, AL; sister, Kathleen Young Stevens of Enterprise, AL; grandchildren, Victoria Smith, Gillian  Daughtry, Cody King, Christopher Hamilton, and Matthew Young.
