Robert Thomas Porter

Robert Thomas Porter of Daleville passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2019. He was 50.   A memorial service will be at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, March 7, 2019, at Sorrells Funeral Home in Enterprise. The family will receive friends at the chapel Thursday beginning at 2:00 p.m. and continuing until time of service.     Robert was born November 27, 1968 in S. Korea to John and Chong Porter. He loved people whole heartedly and loved God even more. He was an avid fisherman and a very good mechanic. He also loved playing his guitars and spending time with family and friends. His greatest wish was for everyone to know how much he truly loved them.   Survivors include his fiancée, Lori Penix of Daleville, AL; his children: Christopher, Austin and Amanda Porter of Ozark, AL; parents: John and Chong Porter of Daleville, AL; siblings: Carolyn Hacker of Enterprise, AL, Sandra Fisher of Maryland and Daniel Porter of Daleville, AL.  He is also survived by the mother of his children, Heather Lomanek Porter of Ozark, AL; numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members.         Sorrells Funeral Home and Crematory of Enterprise, (334) 347-9598, is in charge of arrangements.
