Rita Brooks

Rita Brooks of Enterprise passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021.  She was 87.

Memorialization will be by cremation.

Rita was born on April 18, 1934 in Buffalo, New York to the late Anthony and Cecilia Tyma.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Eugene Tyma and Sister, Antoinette Reiner.  Her family was the most important thing to her and she loved them very much. She was a member of Lee Street Baptist Church.

She is survived by her children, Cheryl Sutherland (Mark) of Enterprise, AL, Rosemarie Finney (David) of Indiana, Cathy Lozano (Donnie) of Texas and William Lang (JoAnn) of New York; sister, Joan Eldridge of New York; seven grandchildren, Melissa Trendowicz, James Trendowicz (Sandra), Stacy Murphy (Brendon), Michelle (Richard) Garcia-Hill, Jonathan Lozano, Sarah (Cyrus) Kvasnikoff, and Gregory Lang; and eight great-grandchildren, Mercedes, Ethan, Emma, Lukas, Liam, Dakota, Takomea, and Aidan.
