Patricia Ann (Mccary) Windham

Patricia Ann Windham of Chancellor, Alabama passed away Monday, February 26, 2024 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was 90 years old.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, February 29, 2024 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory in Enterprise with Mike Tindol officiating. Burial will follow in EL Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday prior to the service beginning at 10:00 am and continuing until service time.

Patricia was born October 21, 1933 in Jacksonville, Florida to the late John and Catherine Brandt McCary. She was a member of El Bethel Baptist Church in Chancellor, Alabama. Patricia gave her life for her family and loved to cook and serve others. She also loved to travel. In addition to her parents; three siblings, John Cameron, Margaret Norris, Thomas Taylor, all preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband of 72 years, Jessie M. Windham; children: Diane Beatty, Debra Morgan, David Windham (Mary), Doug Windham; ten grandchildren: Anna M. Elmore, Darrell Zinn, Ketherine Sutley, Christopher Beatty, Jeffrey Beatty, Elizabeth Beatty, Katelyn Moore, James Windham, Wes Windham, Jesse Windham; twenty-three great-grandchildren; three great-great- grandchildren.
