Nadine (Helms) Knight

Nadine Helms Knight of Enterprise passed away Saturday, October 31, 2020.  She was 79.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Holloway Tabernacle Church in Coffee Springs, AL with Reverend Joel Snell and Reverend Howard Moore officiating.  Burial will follow at Damascus Baptist Church Cemetery in Elba, AL with Kathy Strumbaugh officiating and Sorrells Funeral Home directing.  The family will receive friends at Sorrells Funeral Home in Enterprise Wednesday, November 4, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Nadine was born January 10, 1941 to the late Fletcher and Cola Helms.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Knight; sister, Margie Henderson; grandson, Roy Andrew Kilpatrick; and Ollie Johnson.  Her ministry was remembering and celebrating special moments of her loved ones with cards.  She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by daughters, Melissa Kilpatrick (Andy) and Wanda Barreto (Alex) both of Enterprise, AL; sister, Pansy Knight (Alex) of Cantonment, FL; grandchildren, Kimberly Robbins (Josh), Anna Cardwell (Jamey), Brandon Aplin and Skylar Aplin; and great-grandchildren, Zachary Robbins, Avery Robbins, Tristan Cardwell, Kendall Cardwell and Aleyha Robbins.
