Mike L Gurspan

Michael L. Gurspan, of Coffee Springs, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2024 in Dothan, Alabama.

Memorial services will be at 11:00 am on Monday, February 5, 2024 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory in Enterprise. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 10:00 am and continuing until service time.

Mike was born November 24, 1957 in Queens, New York to the late Daniel and Dorothy Bain Gurspan. Mike Gurspan, who had been a household name in the Wiregrass and Florida Panhandle for his decades of being a local TV reporter, died Wednesday. He was 66. Gurspan, who was originally from Queens, New York, had been battling brain cancer at the time of his death.

Survivors include his sister, Catherine Gurspan and his nephews Andrew G. Tobiassen and Alexander G. Tobiassen.
