Michael Cooper

Michael Cooper of New Brockton, Alabama, passed away Monday, April 12, 2021 in Bonifay, Florida. He was 76.

A graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 15, 2021, at Meadowlawn Cemetery in Enterprise with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise directing.

Michael was born March 28, 1945 in Alabama to the late J.C. Cooper and Helen Mayo Cooper.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Survivors include a son, Michael Cooper (Deana) of Mississippi; a daughter, Sherri Roy (Kenneth) of Florida; brothers, Joel Cooper (Linda) of Florida and Tim Cooper (Merriam) of Alabama; sister, Ottis Jean Wolfe of Alabama; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; a special nephew, Luke Simmons; and numerous nieces and nephews.
