Martha Lynn (Curenton) Wood

Martha Lynn Wood, of Enterprise, Alabama passed away Friday, December 27, 2024 in Enterprise. She was 70.

Visitation will be on Saturday, January 4, 2025 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory in Enterprise from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm. A celebration of life service will be held by the family at a later date.

Martha was born July 24, 1954 in Georgia to the late Haywood and Carolyn Gilliland Curenton. She graduated college with her nursing degree and served for over 30 years in the medical field. Martha was a loving mother and grandmother, “Mawmaw”, who always showed a love and devotion for her family. She will be greatly missed.

Survivors include her children: Jeri Lynn Prows (Nathan) of Enterprise, Al, Nathaniel Riley of Pinckard, Al; siblings, Bron Curenton (Kim) of Hartford, Al, Rosie Cochran of Headland, Al, Amy Fleming (Fox) of Enterprise, Al; six grandchildren: Hanna, Everett, Isaac, Tessa, Tanner, Jace.
