Marie Walton Quinn

Marie Walton Quinn of Enterprise, AL passed away peacefully on Monday, November 1, 2021 at Enterprise Health and Rehab. She was 94.

A graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens in Opp, AL with Sorrells Funeral Home directing.

Marie was born in Andalusia, AL on December 9, 1926 to the late William Y. and Maugerite B. Walton.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Maj. (Ret) Charles E. Quinn.  She retired as an early childhood education teacher for Head Start in Troy, AL.

She is survived by her five children:  Bill Quinn (Fran) of Collierville, TN, Mike Quinn (Ginger) of Birmingham, AL, Leigh Quinn (Thomas Mileur) of Murrells Inlet, SC, Patrick Quinn (Cathy) of Murrells Inlet, SC and Andy Quinn (Sinai) of Metairie, LA; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
