Margie Gonzalez

Margaret Gonzalez of Newton, Alabama passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2023 surrounded by her family. She was 96.

Memorialization by cremation with private family service at a later date.

Margaret was born October 9, 1927 in Virginia to the late Mr. & Mrs. William Marcus Lingerfelt . She had a passion for dancing, Atlanta Braves baseball, and Washington Redskins. She also loved and cherished her church family at Oakland Baptist Church in GumSprings, VA.  . In addition to her parents, her husband of 38 years, one Son, Clark Mundy, three sisters and two brothers preceded her in death.

Survived by one daughter Kimberley Murphy and son-in-law Todd Murphy of Newton, Alabama
