Margaret Jane Tuley (1943-2025)
Safe in the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Margaret Jane Tuley, beloved and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away at the age of 82 at her home in Jack, AL on October 2, 2025.
Born in Sardinia, Ohio in 1943 to Edward and Letha Jones. Her father was a veteran of World War I and her mother was devoted to her family. She was the youngest of 4 siblings. She grew up in and around Southern Ohio. She attended Christ Hospital School of Nursing and celebrated her 60-year anniversary from nursing school this year.
Margaret married the love of her life Price B. Tuley Sr. in 1969 and has spent the last 56 years by his side through the ‘for better or for worse’ times of this life. It was common to often see them walking arm in arm or holding hands wherever they went. Whether on a cruise, at church, or just going on their daily morning walks they spent life together in love and commitment to each other, hand in hand.
Margaret was a beloved mother to Natasha, Rachael, and Price Tuley Jr. She felt motherhood was so important that after their births she dedicated herself to the raising of her family and put her own career as a nurse second to the family that she loved. They felt that the love and support she provided was significant in shaping who they have become today.
Margaret loved her husband and her family. She also loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was saved at the age of 15 and baptized at the church she attended with her mother as a teenager, in Sardinia, Ohio. After moving to Alabama, she was a member of Dorcas Baptist Church, in Jack AL. She now is resting, her soul restored, in green pastures by the still waters comforted by her Lord, Jesus Christ. Psalm 23 was her favorite.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents Edward and; Letha Jones, her two brothers and sister-in-laws, Miars and Edith Jones, and John and Mary Lou Jones, her sister and brother-in-law Barbara and Paul Gould, and her son-in-law Davidangelo Alvarez
Survivors include her loving husband Price B. Tuley Sr.; two daughters Natasha Hays (Quentin), Gonzales, LA; Rachael Wagner (Ron), Jack, AL; one son Price Tuley Jr. (Sarah), Corpus Christi, TX. Five Grandchildren Ashleigh Wagner, Midland City, AL; Devin Wagner (Brittney), New Brockton, AL; Nicholas Sterling, Gonzales, LA; Jonathan Wagner, Lexington, KY; and Jadzia Tuley, Corpus Christi, TX. We will never forget the love she brought to our lives and look forward to the day when we will all be together again in glory.
