Marcela Ouano Carter

Marcela O Carter of Enterprise, Alabama passed away Monday, February 12, 2024. She was 84.

Memorialization will be by cremation.

Marcela was born December 6, 1939 in Manduae City, Cebu Philippines to the late Eugenio and Andresa Magdalena Ouano. She was a member of St. Johns Catholic Church in Enterprise, Alabama. She grew up in the Philippines where she met a young military man who she would come to marry for over 27 years and raise a family in the United States. In addition to her parents, her husband, one sister, and two brothers all preceded her in death.

Survivors include one son, Eugene Carter; two grandchildren: Anastasia Carter, Allie Carter
