Levi Pierce-Lassiter, born on February 4, 2011, passed away on January 19, 2025 at the age of 13. Levi was a vibrant student at Coppinville Junior High School and an enthusiastic member of the Expressions Show Choir and the Coppinville Junior High Band. His passion shone brightly in all he did.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory at 2:30pm, followed by a procession to honor his deep love for Enterprise and his dream of being a Wildcat.
Levi's life is a testament to the power of love, acceptance, and service. His extraordinary ability to uplift and inspire those around him will forever be a source of strength.
Levi's many passions and pursuits were a reflection of his boundless energy and enthusiasm. Among his many loves were fishing, show choir, band, his faithful dog, and his cherished ducks. Levi's commitment to serving his community was remarkable, as he selflessly participated in disaster relief, collected shoes for the needy, and cared for animals at the Prosperity Farm. His love and devotion to his family were equally impressive, as he proudly stood by his six younger siblings no matter what came their way and enthusiastically joined in family activities.
Levi's dreams of excelling in show choir and band were matched only by his desire to serve his country with honor, following in the footsteps of his parents, Allison and Mike. His passion for fishing was inspiring, and he delighted in sharing this joy with friends and family. Levi’s memory will forever be treasured through his clever wit, infectious humor, and the countless lives he touched.
Levi is survived by his parents, Mike and Allison Lassiter, and his siblings: Lilja, Luna, Lyla, Liam, Loie, and Lucie. He is also survived by his grandparents: Jerome Matthews (Susie), Belinda Hirsch, and Ervin Wayne Pierce (Kimberly), and his great-grandmother Linda Lewis. He was preceded in death by two older sisters, Lavender and Lilly, and his grandmother Machelle Lewis
In lieu of flowers the family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation to Expressions Show Choir in Levi’s name at 4641 Boll Weevil Cir, Enterprise, AL 36330. Levi will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
