Larry Douglas Greer Sr.

Mr. Larry Douglas Greer, Sr. of Coffee Springs, Alabama passed away Sunday, November 10, 2024 at his residence. He was 81.

Memorialization will be by cremation with no services scheduled at this time.

Larry was born March 4, 1943 in Kentucky to the late Jesse Williard and Nellie Lucile Carroll Greer. He served his country in the United States Army as well as the reserves before moving into the agriculture industry. In addition to his parents, four siblings: Eddie Greer, Peggy Sue Greer, Danny Greer, Donna Coultas all preceded him in death.

Survivors include his life partner, Barbara Adams; children: Doug Greer, Jr (Regina), Shane Greer (Beverley), Jimmy Adams (Kim), Karen McDonald (Don); siblings: Barbara Troxell, Rick Greer, Kenny Greer, Nancy Rosenbeck, Will Greer, Loren Greer, Fred Greer; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren,; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
