Laquita "Kip" Cooper

Mrs. Laquita “Kip” Cooper of Enterprise passed away Sunday, September 11, 2022. She was 88.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Creel Church Cemetery in Clayton, Alabama with Elder Aubrey Grice officiating and Sorrells Funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Cooper was born February 10, 1934 in Blue Springs, Alabama to the late Thomas J. and Ivie Benton Livingston. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Terry Cooper; brother, Thomas E. Livingston, Sr.; sister, Angela Livingston Sitz; nephew, Thomas Livingston, Jr.; and niece, Ivie Marie Carmona. She was a devoted military wife, life long civil servant, and she also loved her cats.

Survivors include children, Bonnie Walker (David) of Brundidge, Alabama, Farley C. Dahl (Kathy) of Seattle, Washington, and Gregory S. Dahl (Tracey) of Atlanta, Georgia; sister-in-law, Caroline Livingston of Blue Springs, Alabama; five grandchildren, Carson, Haley, David Alan (Callie), Lisa, Cameron; four nephews, and two nieces.
