L. B. "Tom" Measles

L. B. “Tom” Measles of Enterprise passed away February 5, 2022.  He was 88.

A graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at Meadowlawn Cemetery in Enterprise with Reverend Jerry Ogles officiating and Sorrells Funeral Home directing.  A visitation will be held at Sorrells Funeral Home Chapel beginning at 10:00 a.m. and continuing until the time of service.  Contributions may be made in his memory to Shriners Hospital for Children, Attn: Office of Development, 2900 N. Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.

Tom was born June 24, 1933 in Oklahoma to the late Barney and Bonnie Measles.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Theresa, and his grandson, Charles.

Survivors include his children, Cindy Lee (Travis), Patricia Schwab, and Catherine Measles; grandchildren, Frances Churchwell, Amanda Burgess (Rob), and Rachel Stalvey; and great-children, Margo, Sebastian, and Eli.
