Judy E. Hataway

Judy E. Hataway, of Enterprise, Alabama, passed away Monday, January 1, 2024. She was 80.

Graveside funeral services will be at 2:00pm on Friday, January 5, 2024 at Mount Gilead Baptist Church Cemetery, 7638 Alabama 87, Elba, Alabama 36323 with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise directing. The family will receive friends on Friday, prior to the graveside service at the funeral home beginning at 1:00 pm and continuing until service time.

Judy was born August 14, 1943 in Alabama to the late John Henry and Mildred Watson Speigner. In addition to her parents, her husband, Donald Hataway; six siblings as well as two very special sisters-in-law all preceded her in death.

Survivors include her children: Dorinda Grantham (Don), Donald W. Hataway (Linda); siblings Johnny Speigner (Donna), Lethia Miller (Mike), Cindy Chappell; four grandchildren: Deanna Hancock (Travis), Aaron Grantham (Robyn), Sera Hataway Mosley (Kenneth), Mason Hataway; one great-grandchild, Layla Mosley; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
