Judy (Walden) Caradine

Judy Walden Caradine of New Brockton, Alabama passed away on Saturday, November 13, 2021. She was 66.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 15, 2021 at Sorrells Funeral Home in Enterprise with Reverend Steve Comer and Reverend Lane Harris officiating.  Burial will follow at New Brockton City Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 1:00 p.m. and continue until time of service.

Judy was born in Elba, Alabama on April 26, 1955 to the late M.L. “Bud” and Betty Walden Wood.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Herbert Wood; brother, Jamie Walden; grandparents, Macon and Emma Walden and Alton and Vera Brown; and grandson, Tucker Caradine.

Judy had such a love for Christ and considered her biggest accomplishment being a mother.  She enjoyed nature and watching all of God’s creatures.  She was a loving wife, mother, sister, daughter, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Jack Caradine of New Brockton, AL; sons, Jack Caradine, Jr. and Jasen Caradine both of New Brockton, AL; daughter, Jill Caradine of New Brockton, AL; sister, Janet Norris (Rickey) of Opp, AL; brother, Joey Walden (Denise) of Elba, AL; brothers-in-law, Rick Caradine (Brenda) of Georgia and Ronnie Caradine (Vicky) of Alabama; sisters-in-law, Martha Jenkins of Enterprise, AL and Daphne Heap of New Brockton, AL; stepsister, Pamela Wood of Texas; four precious grandchildren, Shelby Davis (Trey), Rexanna, Cyanna and Hunter; one great-grandchild, Mary Kate; and many extended family.
