John Howard Killingsworth

John Howard Killingsworth, of Clayhatchee, passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2019. He was 79. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 11, 2019 at Providence Baptist Church with Reverend Tony Deese officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory directing. The family will receive friends at Sorrells Funeral Home Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. John was born September 12, 1939 to the late John and Thelma Austin Killingsworth. Survivors include two daughters: Lesia Abdullah (Aslam) of Dothan, and Barbara Rollins (James) of Abbeville; six brothers: Billy Killingsworth of Clayhatchee, James Killingsworth (Jeanette) of Wicksburg, Bobby Killingsworth (Candy) of Valdosta, GA, Wayne Killingsworth of Level Plains, and Ronald Killingsworth of Clayhatchee; sister, Betty Grasso of Clayhatchee; three grandchildren: Raza Abdullah, Samantha Sauls (Matt), and Ashley Hall; three great-grandchildren: Jameson, Brandy, and Brayden.
