John Dennis Johnson, Sr.

John Dennis Johnson, Sr. of Ozark, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2024. He was 69.

Memorialization will be by cremation.

Dennis was born May 11, 1954 in Ozark, Alabama to the late Walter John Dow and Jeanette Gilmer Johnson. He was a good man who worked in his career of land surveying for over 40 years and helped many as they started work in this field. He loved Auburn Tigers, New Orleans Saints, and his grandchildren as well as his Yorkies.

Survivors include his children: Nichole Prestwood (Dan), Denny Johnson; two brothers, Wade Johnson (Totsie), Michael Johnson (Diane); grandchildren Trent Johnson, Danni Jo Prestwood, Seth Prestwood, , Sarah Emily; great grandchildren, Carter, Creed.
