Jimmy Lee Jones

Jimmy Lee Jones of New Brockton, Alabama, passed away Sunday, April 11, 2021. He was 84.

Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at Meadowlawn Cemetery in Enterprise with Reverend Ray Milton and Reverend Cliff Quincey officiating and Sorrells Funeral Home and Crematory of Enterprise directing.

Jimmy Lee was born on August 25, 1936 in Samson, AL to the late Preston Lee and Velma Jones.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jones; son, Tony Jones; brothers, Roger, James, Bobby Ray, and Roland Jones; and sister, Mildred “Munk” Jones.

Survivors include his son, Wendell Lee Jones (Sharon) of Daleville, AL; daughter, Nancy Darlene Holder (Steve) of Loxley, AL; brother, Charles Jones (Stephanie) of Enterprise, AL; grandchildren, Wende, Kendall, Kenric, Jeremy, Amber; step-grandson, Vince; and 14 great-grandchildren.
