Jamie Earl Hutto

Jamie Earl Hutto, of Enterprise, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was 61.

Memorial services will be at 4:00 pm on Monday, February 12, 2024 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory in Enterprise. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, prior to the service beginning at 3:30 pm and continuing until service time.

Jamie was born October 28, 1962 in Enterprise, Alabama to the late Joel and Nancy Rogers Hutto. In addition to his parents, one brother, Mark Hutto preceded him in death. Jamie had a love for coin collecting, the History Channel, and has always been a die-hard Alabama fan.  He spent his lifetime in the construction industry building many things around the wiregrass area for the community; however, he considered his family the most important thing that he ever built. He also loved his dogs, Bentley and Zoie.

Survivors include his children: James Hutto, Jr., Christina Hutto, Paige Cruz (Christian); siblings, Paul Hutto (Tammy), Cindy Jenosky, Lisa McCall; grandchildren: Hailey Keel (Lincoln Borunda, Jr.), Cody Rister, Alexys Hutto, Madison Kapler, Leia Braden; great-grandchildren: Riverlynn Rose Borunda, Lakelynn Nichole Borunda.
