James "Jimmy" Gannon

Mr. James “Jimmy” Lewis Gannon of Enterprise, Alabama, passed away on May 11, 2025, at the age of 83. He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Mrs. Pansy McIntosh Gannon.

Memorial services for Jimmy and his late wife, Pansy, will be at 10:00 AM on Monday, June 2, 2025, in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home in Enterprise, Alabama, with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory directing. The family will receive friends at the chapel on Monday prior to the service beginning at 9:00 AM and continuing until service time. A private interment will follow.

Jimmy was born October 4, 1941, to the late Hugh and Ada Lee Walls Gannon. Pansy was born March 16, 1939, to the late Grover and Dollie McIntosh. Jimmy and Pansy were married October 7, 1960. They are survived by numerous family and friends, all of whom loved them dearly.
