Jack Childs

Jack Childs of Jack, Alabama, passed away Monday, April 3, 2023 at his residence. He was 50.

A memorial service will be at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory in Enterprise with Reverend Howard Moore officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday prior to the service beginning at 2:00 pm and continuing until service time.

Jack was born June 13, 1972 in Florida to the late Derek Mac Childs and Evelyn M. Trudeau Watkins. In addition to his parents, his wife, Patricia Childs and one brother, Tim Childs all preceded him in death.

Survivors include his children: Abe Childs (Tasha) of Brundidge, AL; Alison Grantham (Brad) of Jack, Al; Ace Childs of Jack, AL; John Michael Childs of Troy, AL; Christian Childs; Hanna Lizarraga of California; special mom, Rosie Brooks of Enterprise, AL; two brothers, Chris Childs (Dawn Ann) of Ariton, AL; Kevin Watkins (Kate) of Michigan; Christine Childs of Troy, AL; one grandchild, Serenity Childs; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
