Henry Walter Matthews, Jr.

Henry Walter Matthews, Jr., 54, of Enterprise, Alabama, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at his home.

Born on October 29, 1971, in Enterprise, Alabama, Henry was the son of the late Henry Walter Matthews, Sr. and Linda Diggs. He spent his life in the Enterprise community and was known for enjoying the simple things in life. Henry especially loved spending time with his friends and family, making memories with those who meant the most to him.

Henry was preceded in death by his parents.

He leaves behind his dear friend, Marie Booth Chandler, along with many other friends and loved ones who will cherish his memory.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation will take place.

The family would like to express their appreciation to everyone who has offered love, prayers, and support during this difficult time.
