Gladys Latva

Gladys Latva of Enterprise, AL, formerly of Traverse City, MI, passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2021. She was 85.

Memorialization will be by cremation.

Gladys was born on June 9, 1935, to the late Grover Cleveland and Eugenia Powell Reeves.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sons, Denny Cox, and Roy G. “Butch” Dunham.

She enjoyed reading, watching old movies and game shows, music, dancing, and the beach.  Gladys also loved to can fresh food and was an avid quilter.  She was known as “Mom” when she worked at Enterprise Paint and Industrial where she was the Purdy Brush expert.

Survivors include her children, Sharon Finnila (Dave) of Kingsley, MI; Darwyn Dunham (Carrie) of Traverse City, MI; Craig Dunham of Kinglsey, MI; Arthur Lee Dunham (Mary) of Maryland; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-granchildren.
