Garry Bowden

Garry Bowden of Samson passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020.  He was 59

Memorialization will be by cremation.

Garry was born July 28, 1961 in Eufaula, AL.  He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Bowden; mother, Margaret Willis; brother, Davie Bowden; uncles, Hayward Grantham and Clinton Grantham; son-in-law, Philip Flowers.  He was a brick mason, cabinet maker and leather smith.  He was an avid Auburn fan.  Cheerful in all weathers, never shirked a task, splendid behavior.

Survivors include his daughters, Brandy and Margaret Renee both of Wichita Falls, TX; son, Shane; step-father, John Willis, Jr.; and brothers, Bobby Willis and Johnny Willis; grandchildren, Savanha, Hayden, Keygan.
