Erik Caal-Quib

Erik Caal-Quib of Enterprise, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2021.  He was 53.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Sorrells Funeral Home in Enterprise.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 9:30 a.m. and continue until time of service.

Erik was born July 1, 1968 in Alta Verapaz, Guatemala.  He is survived by his wife, Dominga Choc; parents, Ciriaco Caal and Manuela Quib of Guatemala; son, Gerson Meller Caal-Choc of Enterprise; daughters, Georgina Verdaly Caal-Choc, Geimy Yessenia Caal-Choc, Damaris Vanesa Caal-Choc, and Graciela Esteysi Caal-Choc, all of Guatemala; daughter, Ericka Kimberly Adaly Caal-Choc of Enterprise; brothers, Habraham Caal-Quib and Henry Lewis Caal-Quib; sisters, Norma Mary Caal-Quib, Veronica Caal-Quib, Sonia Leticia Caal-Quib, Yolanda Caal-Quib, Angela Caal-Quib, and Marcela Caal-Quib; and grandchildren, Enhelver Estuardo Xo-Caal and Iverton Erick Martin Xo-Caal.
