Hobby, her husband of 52 years was the love of her life. In these years of their retirement, they took care of each other daily, and loved each other with all of their hearts and souls only wanting the best for each other at all times. She was known as Granny KK and loved all of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren praying for them daily . She asked everyone she encountered if they knew Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Kay always loved laughter, it was her favorite - especially if we were laughing at her. When seeing the colors, purple and yellow, she would always remind us that it was her wedding colors. She enjoyed a good cup of coffee in the morning, watering plastic flowers that she thought were real, and burning the food. She was known for her famous meatloaf that contained uncooked crunchy rice and all the leftovers in the refrigerator. We knew it was ready when the smoke alarms went off. The pink stuff and green stuff was also a family favorite. In general, she was not a great driver, and routinely took out curbs and drive through speakers. She left a lot of stuff behind, despite her trying to give it away while she was living. We will forever remember and be grateful for the legacy of love and laughter she left behind. THE BREAD!!!!!
