Elaine Gibson Clark

Elaine Gibson Clark of Opp, Alabama, passed away Friday, December 9, 2022, at her residence.  She was 72.

A visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 11, 2022, in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise.  Final disposition will be by cremation.

Elaine was born February 5, 1950, to the late Charles and Mattie Pearl Gibson.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Edward Gibson and Edsel Gibson, and her granddaughter, Megan Thompson.

Survivors include her husband of 41 years, Robert Clark; son, Dennis Lolley; daughters, Tracy Thompson (Curt) of Opp and Angie Woods (Gene) of Samson; siblings, Jerry Gibson (Betty), Danny Gibson (Debbie), Margaret Strength (Louis), Sybil Strength, and Teresa Deal (Gary), all of Enterprise; seven grandchildren, Joni, Doug, Josh (Savannah), Tyler (Hayley), Delana, Clay, and Madison; and one great-grandchild, Rawling.
