Earl Lomax Patrick

Earl Lomax Patrick of Enterprise passed away Friday, March 1, 2019 at Southeast Health Hospital in Dothan. He was 81. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at the Sorrells Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Enterprise with Pastor Keith Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowlawn cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday beginning at 1:00pm and continuing until service time. The family asked that in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital, St. Jude.org or the American Rose Society, www.rose.org. Mr. Patrick was born January 11, 1938 in Coffee County to the late C. H. and Maude Patrick. He was a member of the Hillcrest Baptist Church. He was an avid gardener and grew prize winning roses. He was also a member of the American Rose Society.   Survivors include 1 daughter: Kimberly Bell (Derris), Hope Hull, AL, 1 son: Gary Patrick (Pam), Fairhope, AL, 1 sister: Denise Hope, Enterprise, AL, 1 brother: Robert Patrick (Billie), New Brockton, AL, 4 grandchildren: Jake Bell, Jonathan Patrick, Megan Whitehurst and Jordan Bell, great grandchildren: Brooks Whitehurst, Tommy Patrick and Reagan Whitehurst, nieces and nephews
