Doris Fogle

Doris Fogle passed away on Sunday, October 13 at the age of 104.

She was born in Limerick, New York on October 2, 1920. Doris was married to John Fogle. She worked at White’s grocery store for many years, worked in the nursery at the First Baptist Church in Enterprise, she also stayed with and helped the elderly in their homes and at the nursing home in Enterprise. Doris would buy large boxes of apples and oranges from the school and create fruit baskets and would take them to the nursing home for the residents. Most of all, she was a loving and giving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. Doris was a friend to all those who knew her. She will be deeply missed.

Proceeded in death was her husband, John Fogle, and their two daughters Ann McCall (Lomax) and Sue Russell (Donny).

Doris leaves behind many family members that will cherish her memory.

A graveside service will take place Thursday at Meadowlawn Cemetery at 2PM with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise directing.
