Desirea Evans Curl

Desirea Evans Curl passed away peacefully in her home on September 18, 2026, after a long battle with cancer.

She was born January 12, 1959, to the late Bobby and Sharon Evans. Desirea was a devoted Mother, Daughter, and fierce friend to all who knew her. She grew up in Enterprise, Alabama, after her Father, a Cobra pilot, was stationed at Fort Rucker. After moving away for a few years, Desirea decided to return to Enterprise and has called it home ever since. 

She is survived by her daughter, Brianne Gray, of Enterprise, and her Life Partner, Larry Dye, also of Enterprise.

A Celebration of Life will be held on November 7, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Magnolia Farms located at 326 County Road 709 Enterprise, AL 36330.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, House of Ruth, or DAV Chapter 9 of Enterprise.
