David "Bubba" Strickland

David “Bubba” Strickland of Enterprise passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021.  He was 56.

A memorial service will be at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 18, 2021 at Sorrells Funeral Home in Enterprise with Reverend Cliff Quincey officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 4:00 p.m. and continue until time of service.

David was born in Alabama on November 21, 1964.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Brenda Miller Strickland; and sister, Tammy Key.  He loved hunting, fishing and most importantly his softball days.

He is survived by his children, Heather Letch of St. Louis, MO, Kaila Strickland of Enterprise, AL, Justin “Bubba” Strickland of Enterprise, AL, Joshua Virgil Strickland of Enterprise, AL and Channing McCrummen of New York; father, Virgil Strickland of Enterprise, AL; brother, Danny Strickland of Enterprise, AL; sister, Tracy Strickland Johnson (Greg) of Enterprise, AL; grandchildren, Kendra and Caylynn Letch; and numerous nieces and nephews.
