Danny Lomax Godwin

Danny Lomax Godwin of Daleville, Alabama, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 24, 2022, at Flowers Hospital. He was 55 years young.

A memorial services will be at a later date.

Danny was born November 26, 1966.  He is preceded in death by his father, Don Godwin, and sister, Donna Logue.  Danny was a Master Plumber, but a true jack of all trades.  He loved the Alabama Crimson Tide, especially football, he also enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.

Surviving family includes his loving mother, Linda Godwin of Daleville; former wife, Charlotte Godwin and her mother; sons, Justin Godwin (Rylea Overby) and Matthew Godwin (Cassidy), both of Daleville; three grandchildren, Taylon Godwin, Grayson Godwin, and McKynzie Godwin; niece, Cassie Hancock (Bobby) of Enterprise; and daughter, Chelsea Godwin of Daleville.
